Sushi Salad
So easy to make and so delicious!
Greens (whatever kind you like! If you have access to fresh seaweed - Go for it!)
Veggies (I used cucumber and carrot)
Avocado, cubed
Pickled Ginger
Seafood (like sashimi grade tuna or shrimp)
"Rice":
Cook in a pan for about 5 min....
1 Cauliflower, grated
1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 sheets Nori - cut into about 1 inch squares
Dressing:
Whisk together...
Coconut Aminos
Wasabi Powder (optional - it's spicy, a little goes a long way)
